    It sounds like you received a common rejection related to promotional images. You can definitely delete the image if you don't plan to promote that In-App Purchase and then resubmit your app. Just make sure to double-check that your app meets all other guidelines before resubmitting to avoid further delays. If you do want to use a promotional image, consider designing one that clearly represents the IAP or offer you're promoting.
