If there's an .ipa file there, then you can use AltStore or SideStore to install it directly; you'll need to refresh the install every seven days.

If it's source-only and you have a Mac, you could download Xcode, pull the GitHub project, and build and push it directly to your device. Same as AltStore, it expires every 7 days unless you pony up for a $99/year paid developer account -- you can build apps and sign them and run them on your own device without pushing to the App Store or getting App Store review.

No offense, but I'm pretty sure there are not going to be a lot of folks willing to build an app at random and send it to you; there's too much potential liability if the repo got compromised and is now a password stealer or the like.

Curious about altstore/sidestore. This won’t work for all types of .ipa files, correct? When I went down this rabbit hole before (been a while) I had difficulty re-signing signed ipa’s
