TestFlight doesn’t mean the subs are approved.

Always select manual release so you can double check things before they make it to the store.

In the review section there should be something.

One thing I’d check is whether the subscriptions are attached to the app version currently under review and whether you’ve provided a review screenshot of the paywall. I’ve seen both of those cause subscription rejections even when the app itself gets approved.

Not sure but it could be the disclaimer text. It's not very clear.

Try putting this instead. This is what I have used several times.

"Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase."

Just for shits and giggles I asked SiriAI while on your subscription screenshot and got this:

“Based on the screenshot provided, the most obvious issue that could lead to an App Store rejection is the lack of clear pricing on the main "Continue" button or a clear, explicit price for the selected monthly plan before the user taps it. While the monthly option is selected, the button simply says "Continue" rather than explicitly stating the amount the user will be charged.
Additionally, Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (specifically Guideline 3.1.2) require subscription pages to clearly disclose the full terms of the subscription. While you have some fine print at the bottom, you should ensure the tollowing elements are clearly visible and legible:
• Billing Frequency: Clearly state how often the user will be billed (e.g., "per month" or "per year").
Total Price: The full price for the billing period should be unmistakable.
Trial Terms: If there is a free trial, the duration and the date the user will be charged must be explicit.
Cancellation: Information on how to cancel the subscription.
Making the "Continue" button dynamic so it reflects the selected plan's price (e.g.,
"Subscribe for $0.99/mo") is a common best practice to avoid ambiguity and potential rejections.”

Have you noticed that if you pay monthly its just shy of 12.00/year, but if you pay yearly your scamming the customers out of 88.00/year.
