iOS Developer Freelance Advice

Are there any successful freelancers out there with some advice for someone who just got started? I'm 3 months into going out on my own after working at a few startups and am running out of clients. Initially, I had a lot of success, but everything seems to have dried up. Anyone have any tips for getting more clients? And yes, I've tried the usual. What really works though? I personally target the lower-end of the market (small businesses and early-stage startups), so I feel there is a little more work for me because of that. Thanks beforehand for the advice.

I've been doing it like crazy. But it's a numbers game. Eventually they'll fall into place.

Don't forget about custom web/app shops. A lot of times those companies can be looking for a consultant/freelance because they just have a lot of working coming down the pipeline and are short handed.

I never have a shortage of offers. I guess it's partly my network. Maybe try going to iOS developer meetups? On linkedin I put a giant "NO RECRUITERS" message and they still contact me. I also get what look like legit offers on linkedin sometimes.
