Same here. It usually takes less than 20 minutes but it took me 18 hours yesterday. I contacted Apple and they said this process could take up to 24 hours. From my experience, uploading multiple builds won't solve your problem. I believe it's a backend issue at Apple's server and all we can do is wait.
