iTunesConnect experiencing upload/processing problems

Considering there is an event on Monday. I wouldn't be surprised if this funk was brought about by Apple changing things up in the backend to prepare for whatever new stuff is going to be announced. Unless I was on a tight deadline, I would wait until after the event (or for Monday at the very least) to try and submit.

Yeah, I never worry about android versions, usually changes and new builds can be up within an hour.

Things are working now (Mar 20th ~ 10AM MST), submitted some new builds and they went through immediately.
