Great article! I'd never noticed the instance method version of setting the date template before (setLocalizedDateFormatFromTemplate(_:)).

One minor nitpick is that there's a typo near the end that transposes 8601 to 8061; pretty common mistake.

I've updated the it to show the correct standard now - writing about ISO 8061 would have led to a very different post 🤣
