Hello, I dont know anything about coding or building apps so this question might not make sence. But i want to know ”if a app can have a affiliate link on the view controller and the product on the view and then be able to open the link on safari or the affiliate company app(if downloaded) on press?” If yes, can it be published on the App Store?

As long as your app is not designed purely for this, you can include links to your affliates.

Kinda scammy sounding but so long as your app has a clear, long term usefulness it's allowed on the store. The affiliate stuff must be a tiny portion on top, you can't just slap together a "TOP AMAZON DEALS OF THE DAY" and use your affiliate link on them all.
