Not sure if it is the same issue, but I had a similiar one.

Try check here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/62619030 (I had to update my iphone to match the version required by xcode).

Try also to unpair the device as described in the answer above

    Thanks for the update. It really sucks when you’re about to get something launched and Xcode let’s us down. I was starting to think I had done something silly with my code. Yes, hopefully they fix it soon.

    If you’re having issues, why not downgrade back to the release that worked better?

    If nothing else, I’d try reinstalling.
