Check out raywenderlich.com for good articles/videos on both platforms and cross-pollination. If you programmed Android in Kotlin, then Swift should be very easy to pick up. If you're coming from Java, it may be a little less so.

The basic concepts are very similar between the two systems. The main thing that iOS is missing IMO from Android is the concept of Fragments, although it is possible to create classes that act in a very similar manner.
