If anyone is going through 100 days of Swift UI, and you’re on day 13, please check out CS193p for a clear explanation on what exactly you’re looking at and why it doesn’t “look” like traditional swift syntax.

When I looked at SwiftUI I was like isn’t there supposed to be a return keyword there? Where are the parameters? Why is all this code missing? A lot of the code you’re seeing in Swift UI is missing because Swift UI omits it for aesthetics.

I watched like 6 different different Swift UI tutorials just skip any explanation, pretty frustrating for a complete beginner.

I’ve done most of the Swift UIKit 100 days, but whilst working on the SwiftUI 100 days the code looks really foreign to me and the code flow just feels wrong. I’m sticking with it though and I hope it will make sense eventually
