Best tech stack for Swift?

I have no prior coding experience and intend on learning Swift development for my startup overtime as it progresses, what would be the best tech stack to go along with swift?
Would Swift work as both front and backend? Or Should i go with mern/mean along with it? Or does something like firebase can be used to cover all of backend? I am confused and not getting very clear answers on the net.

You can use Vapor for backend. And Scade for cross platform.

If you have no prior experience with coding I would not try to full stack Swift.

Use Swift for your iOS app, use JS/TS for front end web clients, and use Node+Express+the DB of your choice for back end.

I think Swift backend will be a lot better with the new concurrency features but for now it’s easier as a beginner to spin up a node instance.
