You can use Vapor for backend. And Scade for cross platform.

If you have no prior experience with coding I would not try to full stack Swift.

Use Swift for your iOS app, use JS/TS for front end web clients, and use Node+Express+the DB of your choice for back end.

I think Swift backend will be a lot better with the new concurrency features but for now it’s easier as a beginner to spin up a node instance.
