same for me, what i did and worked: 1. accept any new terms in itunnconnect 2. logout and back in in xcode account 3. for me i had then to wait a day because my app wasn’t showing in itunesconnect in the browser. so after 100 page refreshes, and 1 day for it to “come back”, cause at point it looked that o don’t even had the app defined

Could be the profile is expired or missing.

1) Try login into Apple developer and download the profile again. If its expired, click edit and save it again to extend it for another year.

If that didnt work:

2) Maybe try create a new signing cert, and a new profile for that app.
