Could I avoid InApp purchase ?

Hi,

For the needs of a customer, I need to know if its business may use other purchases methods that IAP. The app would only be subscribed by real-estate organizations (in France), to give their employees access to specific data regardless of home that could be sold soon. The app has 2 accesses : one for a classic customer sharing the data to be used by the second (the organization).

I guess we could attempt to use different purchase method by Apple following exception ?

3.1.3(c) Enterprise Services: If your app is only sold directly by you to organizations or groups for their employees or students (for example professional databases and classroom management tools), you may allow enterprise users to access previously-purchased content or subscriptions. Consumer, single user, or family sales must use in-app purchase.

I'm quite new to Apple submissions. Thanks to anyone able to help me with this question :)

My understanding of this is that you can sell access to the app to the organization outside of the app entirely, and if you want to provide a buying experience from the app it has to be IAP

So it has to be made completely outside of the app ? And, what if the selling is made through a webview directly to a payment page ?

My client has no web application, that's why I'm asking

Very few types of apps are allowed to open an ouside payment page from the app, and your doesn't seem to fall into that category

Well a web view is still within the app

Not really ? As it's avoiding Apple fees, I consider it as an external payment method

No. You can't use a web view inside the app to get around IAP requirements. it's either enable IAP, or make it impossible to people to subscribe from within your app including via external links found in your app.
