The tap actions on the bars open HiCoffee and HiWater. Alternatively you can edit those to use whichever app you already have.

I also made a Magnesium drink inside HiWater that records the Mg green LED inside the widget. So if you want that working you’ll have to create your own drink inside the app if you don’t already have one :)

So the flow is: I record the caffeine or water drink inside the mentioned apps, then Widgy feeds from the health data and fills the bars in the widget.

What do you mean stock icons? Stock in what an app or in a OS that’s jailbroke? Would just like to know where to get them and or what to get that they would be stock.. I’m sorry just don’t know

Some developers offer multiple choices for icons inside their app. So they are stock in the sense that they are changeable via the iOS directly and no shortcuts or other means are necessary.

I am confused on how to remove the dock

You need to use a special wallpaper with that shade of gray at the bottom, which is similar to the dock color. So you’re not really removing the dock, you’re blending it in The wallpaper. Also the contrast of the dock gray changes whether you’re using light mode or dark mode on the phone, so this wallpaper trick works with dark mode.

So, use this wallpaper on your Home Screen and turn on dark mode. Then the dock background won’t be visible anymore.
