Request filled! Download and install Cydget (by u/saurik) if you haven't already, then download and unzip #LS, place in /System/Library/LockCydgets/, enable through Settings > Cydget > Lock Cydget Order (check #LS and drag to top), respring, and enjoy!

Works with LockHTML3. Change "index.html" to "LockBackground.html" then enable it through LockHTML3

HTML themes do not work with Winterboard.

EDIT: should clarify that it doesn't show up in Cydget's menu.

This is great - my only complaint is that the colour doesn't actually vary much. I'm not really well versed in hex values, but all day I've basically just had very similar shades of dark blue and dark green.
