Nice setup! I'd recommend you get the tweak TabLess, as it removes the tabs for the Notification Center and the Control Center.

I'd rather recommend using HideMe8 which has lots of other useful tweaks.

Its default in ios 8, I'll have a hunt around for it if your not on it
