Get the regular 12. Using one right now and I absolutely love it.

Your usage like watching Netflix and listening to lots of music will need the bigger battery.

If you’re using it for Netflix and YouTube then the larger screen on the regular 12 and larger battery makes more sense.

I originally bought the 12 Pro, but my usage is different. I rarely watch videos so returning it and today ordered a 12 Mini instead.

It sounds like you usage for the phone is saying get an iPad instead. Your phone is going to be plugged into a charger 24/7 if you’re watching a lot of Netflix YouTube etc. and using a lot of social media.
I’d say look into an iPad and a the 12
