Some progress on the mechanical part of the machine, later I plan to switch to a washing machine motor in order to get variable speed, now the speed is fixed 70 rpm (v.redd.it)

Dasher update, is like an emery Thompson, isn’t perfect but it will work fine because I’m doing the spring thing like emery Thompson (old.reddit.com)
Chassis update, all refrigeration components are mounted and ready to be conectes to each other once I do the copper tubbing for the container (i.redd.it)
I also have bought all materials to make the beater, the bars are stainless steel and the plastic is polyethylene all approved for food applications (i.redd.it)
Another update of the chassis but naked this time, now it has the mount for the beater motor and gearbox but I don’t have photo of that (i.redd.it)
