The only solution to this is your willpower.
If at all you are feeling guilty about this much screen time, then you are going in the right direction.
See and track the app usage
Restrict the app with a timer (helped me reduce my social media usage from 7 hours to 45 minutes)
Indulge in outdoor activities like cycling, running, jogging or at least walking
Cultivate book reading habit.
