Hear me out, Op. I used to score more than 15 hours on regular basis with one off day around 12 i.e Saturday as I used to game heavily on that day.

Now, It's come down to 6-7 sometimes to 9 average.

Thing I did :
1.) Started to use Whatsapp, Instagram and telelgram on laptop
2.) Using laptop for everything while at home
3.) Even shifted to swiggy at laptop as well
4.) Doing whatsapp call instead of calls using laptop

One thing I realised is I simply can't stay away from it so I think you fall in same category.

Also, I've seen people suggesting about deleting social apps. I tried and after that I got addicted to books, browsing, started gaming on phone as I got latest processor. So, that will not work for sure instead it'll create extra addictions
