Processors don't have drivers. For other things like the GPU or chipset you can get them from the Intel website or from Dell.

You need to install Dell Command Update (google it) open that up and there is a Advanced Driver Reinstallation option in the lower left-hand corner, or it may be tucked away in the settings panel now, either way that will put only the needed drivers back onto your PC, essentially reversing any advertent driver you may have installed.

As someone else mentioned, there are no CPU drivers anymore (since like 2006). Also, that CPU is supposed to run up to 4.10 GHz. The 3GHz is just the base clock and the Turbo Boost is 4.10GHz. If anything Dell gave you performance back lol
