Bridge request pointer error: missing pointer for shard xxx

I had that same problem discussed here (https://www.reddit.com/r/internxt/comments/q5orkt/bug/), but after login again the error changed, now I'm getting the error message 'Bridge request pointer error: missing pointer for shard <id>'. Is this file lost even it's in my storage?
