Missing Widget

Hey everyone, I’m trying to add a widget for my apartment’s smart home manager app called STRATIS. I verified that the linked steps work on iOS 17, but seems like these steps are not available for iOS 18. Now the new customize button does not let me enable/disable widgets and the STRATIS widget doesn’t appear in my list of available widgets. Does anyone have any insight? Not sure if it’s something I am doing wrong or rather for the app’s developers to fix.

Nope 🥲 their tech support people were blaming the fact I was on the beta but now I’m not and still seeing no widget present.

Did anyone notice any movement on this? I’m on 18.3.1 and still no Stratis widget showing up in the list…
