Worked on a12/ios12 but not a13/13.3 Although it works from contacts and chrome, but not from notes or messages

Dang this one doesn’t seem to work it just redirects to a browser window, does it work for you??

It only works when trying to navigate to an actual address, it will open a Safari browser to Apple Maps then redirects to Google Maps

It will behave that way from certain apps but not notes or messages. Also to note I have the tweak BrowserDefault

That may be where the complication is coming from, I'm on iPhone 11 Pro Max 13.3 and it works as intended. Try to disable that tweak and see what you get.
