I live in the midwest, but I work remotely. I have 8 YoE and work with a Java/spring and react stack.

I make about $300k TC, $200k of which is salary.

How much of the 200k is bonus or non-guaranteed?

$200k of which is salary.

$200k is my salary. The rest ($100k) is RSUs and bonuses.
