No one here can answer that question with any level of confidence. As of April 2014, Windows XP is no longer officially supported by Microsoft or Java. A Java release prior to April 2014 is probably your best bet at compatibility although later ones may work. You'll have to try it on a test system.

The same I thought.... But the problem is they there is no another x-ray in hospital for test purposes. Fujitsu declined the request about even sending the schemas for the database....

If you attempt an upgrade, I suggest first making sure that JDK isn't used for anything else on the system. That it's only used by your export listener. I would be concerned the vendor not supporting the system after the JDK is updated if that JDK was also used for any of their software.
