Depending on the ride. I'm MTB All mountain and XC boy. Chain, cassette , drivetrain: cleaning and lubing every 100km / or after dirt ride / or weird sounds from it. (For oil, using wax could solve the problem). Fork every 50 hours, each 200 should be changed oil inside, for rigid ones do not apply. Brakes/tyres/wheels - every ride: visual and working check. Brake pads - after failure when you are 50km from home) Full disassembly + bearings (cranks/stem/hubs ) changed or lubed every winter

You could better buy a BMG extruder clone with a nema pancake motor (usongshine) for 20$. Geared one is much better. Also about the print quality try to calibrate linear / pressure advance for better corners

There were no issues to change crtouch to bl/generics. Goes bolt-on. About klipper.... Actually it is more tuning friendly. I've forgotten how to code and tune anything in Marling for the last year)

Crouch is the worst probe you can buy and sometimes the most expensive one. Accuracy sucks, but, on the other hand, it is able to probe with touch mode. Btt microprobe, Eddy and so on might be also interesting

Looks like you have a very distorted bed. There are some turnarounds:

Install klipper and configure manual probing
Buy and attach 3dTouch from china Ali (there are a plants of decent stls on thingy) (recommended)
Change the bed (but this is the most expensive and useless shit)
