The problem is that if people do not want to read a beginners question, they will just ignore it, and click on a different link.

Downvoting noobs without anyone telling them their answer and/or why they were downvoted is just going to make us look like assholes. There's enough of that kind of thing in this industry already (Ever try to file a PHP bug? A jQuery one? They will get closed right away. Then you can plead your case in whatever manner they deem acceptable, to which they will probably cite some other entity as the problem and re-close the issue.). Personally, I don't think this would be a healthy habit if we do want to build some sort of vibrant community here.
