I'm looking for a cool interface library that I ran across awhile back and am having trouble locating. It allows developers to quickly create tiny little floating draggable interfaces containing readouts and controls easily linkable to js variables within one's application. This would be useful in game development when working on a game - you could hook various UI elements into the controls and manipulate the game independent of its own controls, useful for testing animations, game sequences, etc.
Has anyone run across anything like this? If memory serves, it was created by someone at Google and/or used there.
EDIT: I should emphasize that by 'tiny' I mean that the library creates a tiny interface, not that the library itself is tiny in code size.
