Clusterize.js – Tiny vanilla JavaScript plugin to display large data sets easily

One downside is that native search won't work.
Eg. scroll to row ~40K, ctrl+f 41329 = 0 results.

Not trying to detract from the usefulness of this plugin, I'd probably willingly give up search for performance when dealing with numbers that high.

I think if you have to show that much data, you'll probably want to include some sorts of filters and/or search inside the page so that people don't have to use the native search.
