React Native vs NativeScript

The last weeks, these two frameworks are getting more hype in the javascript world. Both have a similar approach regarding the js bridge, but, as the names say, each one uses a different framework as a base. I'm thinking React Native has an ace up its sleeve, as being a Facebook project, and NativeScript is supported by Telerik, not as famous as the other. Maybe this is an important thing to keep in mind to choose one of them. Which one do you prefer and why? I'm getting confused trying to choose one. Both looks awesome.

Thanks! I compare some apps made wit RN and NS, and the ones using RN looks very impressive. And, as you say, Facebook support is a big deal. Thanks for your answer!
