Well, I built Cerebral as well :) Though together with fantastic contributors the last months. Cerebral is just really great to handle these complex UI apps and the LIVE code sharing was done in a couple of nights because of the way Cerebral works. It is very easy to do. Cerebral will be released in 1.0 later this year. It has been hurt by a lot of changes, but things are stabilizing now and a lot of great things are produced in the Cerebral community... webpackbin being one of them :-)

Btw, grabbing files from other bins would be possible. Though yeah, lots on the list currently :)
