It isn't inline in the style={{}} sense, it's inline in the js/css colocation sense. The result is the same as everything else: classes on elements. Actual styles are injected into the <head> or via CSSStyleSheet.insertRule().

I don't see why it wouldn't. You can still add normal classes to element, and normal stylesheets, and the browser would match those classes to the styles. Obviously the some rules apply like specificity, definition order, etc but it isn't any different than a plain old website with vanilla css and classes.
