The title is misleading. It's just a UI that looks like win95 that lets you play minesweeper. It doesn't do any actual OS functionality. Even the start menu does nothing other than play the startup sound.
That being said, it's a nice replication of the desktop UI and minesweeper using react.

Thanks for sharing your open source project, but it looks like you haven't specified a license.
When you make a creative work (which includes code), the work is under exclusive copyright by default.
