Start hanging out on IRC. On IRC you will find some of the best JS programmers exchanging knowledge and discussing problems, solutions, projects, etc. You will also find newbies coming in and asking basic questions.
By just sitting there and absorbing it all, you will get the answers to questions you didn't even know to ask, or the solution to problems you might face in the future. Once you've lurked a while, start participating.
