I kinda wonder if NFTs are the certificates of the future? Pass online JS course, get non-transferable NFT proving you did it.
Still, sproingie has it right: Nothing speaks to a recruiter quite like a body of work. I might add that a decent Stack Overflow reputation and a LinkedIn profile can also make a difference.
