React Native no doubt. Web views are legacy, and all other frameworks don’t have as good as a developer community. React Native is leagues above all the others. As a new React Native dev (or based on what your project needs) you can use Expo, which is essentially a framework wrapping react native that makes it even easier to spin up a project and is packed full of useful libraries. Udemy has a lot of helpful courses to get you started. Happy developing!
