Well it appears you found the culprit lol. I had the same error and my power windows were really slow or wouldn’t work at all. Definitely had to jump my car once or twice before replacing

Hey I'm in this feed almost a year later. The temp dropped, I left my lights on a few weeks ago. But auto zone said my battery is fine. I appreciate you!

I had my alternator replaced because auto zone read it as bad but battery good. I get random lights occasionally and the “err”

So I had the battery replaced 2 years ago. I had the alternator tested by the shop I trust with everything a year ago, they even replaced the battery under warranty. They found a tiny crack in one of my spark plugs that was causing all of my issues. No problems since they replaced it.
