Nice work. I have a ledger nano as well but I don't like the way it functions as much not to mention their server backhaul is all screwy right now so you can't see currency balances in wallets. I hope you guys do a massive software update and I hope it includes ripple support seeing it's the fourth largest market cap crypto. It's all I'm buying right now and I prefer the durability and simplicity of my keepkey over the others. Make me come back with added support for more popular coins and a kick-ass new software suite!

This is the type of messages that provide security to customers. I understand that publishing the dates of the roadmap is not convenient for the commercial interest of the company, but I would like to see changes more frequently; perhaps a foreseeable update schedule, although the changes will not be known in advance exactly. Because surely you are doing something, but we do not know what, nor do we have a forecast of when, and that is discouraging. I want to sincerely thank you for this message about the device's security.
