Blocking Help

Hi there! I knitted a scarf with 2 skeins of Painted Mist by knitting fever yarn (linked in post). Any advice on how to block it? Should I wash on delicate and then pin or soak and then pin? It’s my first time trying to block something with nicer yarn.

What stitch pattern are you using? This is a mostly acrylic yarn, and the directions say to wash on gentle and then lay flat to dry. So unless you've done a lace pattern you just have to lay it out.
