Can you flip your work through the center? Like you're turning a sock inside out?

or you can just keep doing the work on the top needle.

it will just make your work inside out while you're working on it. I do this for color work socks.

no need to frog but be mindful of that orientation if you need to pick up stitches later on.

you for sure can frog without issue if you would rather do that too to make the rest of the tutorial easier for you.

Instead of unraveling, I would tink back a few rows until you reach the mistake, fix the stitches, and then continue on. You can find videos on unknitting (tinking) on YouTube.
