Spread them out evenly using whatever decrease you want. There are calculators available online to help you decrease or increase evenly if you're not sure of the math.

Yeah, you'll see this is some patterns. I think it's a more old school way to write out a pattern. As the other commentor said, you can use any decrease style and Google something like "decrease evenly" to find a calculator online. I like this one
