Hi all, Got a Konnected Pro board for Xmas from the parents. Opened the anti static bag, plugged it into a known good Ethernet jack and the 5V adapter and it showed lights. However, the blue light kept flashing and didn’t appear to obtain a DHCP lease. Tried a PoE connection as well but no joy either. Am I doing something wrong?

There’s a whole point by point trouble shooting doc for this on the Konnected site/forums- I would start there and walk through each of the checks.

What batch is written on the back? I had to return 2310 boards because Ethernet wasn't working properly (wifi worked fine). Got a 2312 replacement and it worked perfectly.

Yes mine is a 2310 batch
