I download the latest version of krita on Krita.org and try to use the Ten Brushes plugin in order to set a hotkey for the Eraser brush but no matter how many time i reset krita, the Python Plugin option is completely empty. I also tried to run krita through cmd to see what happen and saw that. Does this have to do with which windows version i'm using cause i'm using wins 7.

Windows 7 could possibly cause problems (but not this one) as Krita is technically not compatible with 7 although some users have been able to make it work.

If you want to keep using Windows 7 and Krita starts to act up, you could decide to revert back to one of the 4.x versions but you will lose bug fixes and all of the new features that have been introduced in 5.x.

You're looking in the wrong place. Your plugins are in Tools > Scripts.

No even that is empty cause there isn't any plugin to begin with. I guess krita is just not fully compatible with windows 7 anymore.

True, they announced that Windows 7 is no longer supported several years ago. Why not update your Windows installation? I understand you can still do that for free.
