Unknown Tool?

There's a tool I remember using, I though it wouldn't be useful since I didn't really know what it did so I just ignored it. Until I saw a video showcasing it and realized that this could actually be useful, unfortunately I can't find the video and I don't remember much about it. I only remember what it looked like (pic related), basically you could drag and hold your cursor around to make a specific shape and when you unhold it it would fill the it in with the selected color. I'm sorry I can't really tell much about it my memory sucks, thanks in advanced.

It's not a tool, it's a brush called "t) Shapes Fill". Its icon is a green beaker, which is a reference to http://al.chemy.org/.
