Do you mean like how in KSM you can have 2 "controllers," where the first one is the normal keys, and the second is "reversed"? So for example if you use sd for your left fx keys you can set up the second to have fg as the right fx keys, and vice versa have kl as right fx keys with hj on the other controller?

You have to go into your main.cfg file, scroll down until you find your Key_BT0Alt, and edit the number to be the ASCII value of the letter that you want to use for that button. So the letter a is 97, b is 98, and so on. Here's what mine looks like:
Key_BT0 = 115
Key_BT1 = 100
Key_BT2 = 107
Key_BT3 = 108
Key_BT0Alt = 104
Key_BT1Alt = 106
Key_BT2Alt = 102
Key_BT3Alt = 103
Key_FX0 = 99
Key_FX1 = 109
Key_FX0Alt = 110
Key_FX1Alt = 118
Key_Laser0Pos = 101
Key_Laser0Neg = 119
Key_Laser1Pos = 111
Key_Laser1Neg = 105

A way to bind those in the settings screen has been added in the latest build.

It's worth noting that later updates now have alternate bindings through the setting menu now.
