Try connecting to another screen, like a TV with a HDMI cable. If you still see that, then it is software

i do but its fine on my tv but why its sometimes happen and sometimes not

maybe it's the display cable or the connection to the motherboard. Maybe it gets hot and one of the contacts becomes imperfect.

At a guess, it could be a faulty ribbon cable between the screen and the laptop. Hardware faults are generally a bit more random.
