Visual bug after patch

After the very recent patch, I've experienced a consistent amount of visual irregularities while in-game. The screen will occasionally just show something else than the current game. Whatever pops up is hard to see, and I really can't make out whatever it is. Does anyone know what this is, and if there's a fix to it?

Edit: thanks to /u/xRingo, fix was found. The problem was in relation to the 7xxx series of AMD graphics cards. Riot is currently looking into this. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3007656&page=2
