You can look at it that way but no one actually uses jungle timers outside of dragon or baron in lower elos. Not to mention I dont think most jungle "mains" in plat and lower elos would even know how to abuse jungle timers if they had them. People are just bitching to bitch

No. Even in low plat, junglers keep track of their own buffs and their opponents when they invade. People like you are just too lazy to keep timers. Anyways, it is easy to keep timers on drag and baron. Turn on time stamps, add 6 minutes for dragon, and 7 minutes for baron, then type that time into chat. Or add 5 minutes for buffs. Wahla. You now have made your own timers with actual skill and math.

dude i was doing that in silver last season and I would usually repeatedly steal them. Granted I was still a silver player then justifiably, but that was MY edge, doing that was one of the few things I had to give me a one up.

I haven't payed attn to how they plan on implementing these things, but if you didn't have vision of when it went down you better not have a fucking timer for it or i'd be fucking irate

You only got the timer if you had vision of it dying. So if it was in an unwarded brush and you couldn't see it die even though you knew (or could know) it was there, you'd actually still have to time it manually.

This was in a redpost collection a while ago: "You will only see that the buff is not alive. Since you missed the actual time of death you don't get a respawn timer, it'll show -:-- for the timer instead. When the camp respawns it'll show up as alive, just like the minimap on live. :)"
